We’re BluVan Bords a favorite mildly chaotic, full-flavored Nordic Deli on wheels. We have a deep love of pickled things, chive remoulade, and not taking ourselves too seriously, we serve up Swedish-ish sandwiches and Pacific Northwest attitude out of a Big Blue Van.
Its IKEA meets Portland, but with fewer allen wrenches and more Danish ham.
Come hungry, leave smiling, and probably with a side of potato salad.

We're good at all of the following, mobile vending, drop-off catering, and farm dinners with an amazing bunch of partners, helpers, and die-hard fans. For vending we have a very adaptable set of offerings we can change and augment to best fit the crowd and event. Catering we can get a bit for complex, we rely on some of our specialties, stay on trend, and furnish special requests.
