I received the nickname "Johan" after failing to score on three separate breakaway opportunities in one hockey tournament. The fellas were saying its too bad you're "All Swedish, and no Finnish". But what I lack in hockey skill I make up for in culinary accomplishments. How mad can ya be at a guy for missing a goal, when hes cooked you a phenomenal hotdog? or fixed you up a preimo sandwich? Sometimes our role, and measures of success aren't on the scoresheet but in your tummy. Welcome to Johan Sam's the Nordic Deli division of BluVan Foods.
SERVICES
We're good at all of the following, mobile vending, drop-off catering, and farm dinners with an amazing bunch of partners, helpers, and die-hard fans. For vending we have a very adaptable set of offerings we can change and augment to best fit the crowd and event. Catering we can get a bit for complex, we rely on some of our specialties, stay on trend, and furnish special requests. Mobile Pop-ups
The Big Blue Van and a bunch of smiling faces shows up at the venue, park, or field to serve up tasty treats.
Drop-off Catering
We discuss a menu and offerings, and we bring it to you, with as much or as little extra fanfare as you need.

We find suitable hosts and partners, and food, you buy tickets, you show up, we knock your socks off.
