We’re BluVan Bords — your favorite mildly chaotic, full-flavored Nordic Deli on wheels. Born from a deep love of pickled things, chive remoulade, and not taking ourselves too seriously, we serve up Swedish-ish sandwiches and Pacific Northwest attitude out of a suspiciously Blue van. Think IKEA meets Portland, but with fewer allen wrenches and more Danish ham. Come hungry, leave smiling, and probably with a side of potato salad.
